In November 2023, I contributed to the product development process of our new Corporate Transparency Act compliance services. One contribution included developing an external resource to give to potential clients explaining our approach to CTA and how our services will lessen their mental and physical workload.

To gather high-quality leads from our website and social channels, I developed Part II of Agile Legal's resource, The Path to Blue Sky Compliance. This resource provides issuers of Regulation A, Tier 2 offerings context for filing a Reg A offering and maintaining ongoing compliance.
